October 20th 2008

Well things have been absolutely crazy lately. We made an offer on a house last Friday the 17 and they countered back the same day. We thought about it all weekend and we countered back today and they accepted our offer!!!! We have asked for a couple minor repairs to be made and they have agreed! We are having the house inspected on Wednesday! I am SOOOO stinking excited! I don't know how much sleep i am going to be getting between now and when we move in (which by the way looks like it is going to be in DECEMBER). We will be in for Christmas at least! Yeah!!!!

Oh lets see what else....I am going to be working at the YMCA teaching gymnastics to little children. I am excited about that too. I will only be teaching 2 days a week to start I can pick up more classes if I want to later.

oh here is a link to the house listing for the time being once we buy the house it won't work but you can look for a while!http://www.tourwichitahomes.com/remaxmidstates/modules/agent/agent.asp?p=findahome.asp&selected=mlsnumber&search=mlsnumber&page=search&listing=true&mlsnumber=239482&mlsid=575&acc=93203

Just a warning the pictures do not do it nearly the justice that it deserves!! It is sitting on 3 city lots, There is a HUGE back yard that has a privacy fence all the way around. There is a nice deck that is already wired and has outdoor speakers!!! Three bedroom, one bathroom and a formal dinning room. As well as a good size kitchen with an island and all the appliances match and are staying!!!!

OK sorry for all the obnoxious !!! but can you tell I am a little excited!!! Oh I can hardly wait to move!

October 11th 2008.

Why is it so hard to get along with people sometimes? Sometimes I think (know) that it doesn't matter how much I don't want to fight, satan is determined to cause trouble!!!!

I have not been feeling well the last couple days hopefully what ever I have will pass soon!

October 7th 2008

Today is Andrew's 32nd birthday! He got a new pair of cowboy boots from me and a present from the girls that I am working on but can say in case he reads this before it's done (yes he is getting it late). You will have to check back to see what he got. He also got to go horse back riding today with a friend. He had a lot of fun doing that it. He hadn't had a chance to go riding in a while, which disappoints me more then him I think because I know how much he enjoys it and it bothers me that he doesn't get to do it more often. Here are a couple pictures of my hot cowboy hubby, (the
lack of cowboys hat and chaps is my fault I put them in storage and forgot to tell him!).
Of Course Alexis had to ride because she was wearing her cowgirl boots, She didn't care that she was wearing a dress side saddle wasn't an option!

Alexis is telling us some major story about horses and is very matter of fact that she is riding Toby! However this is Clyde not Toby!

Bev also lead Alexis around for a while on Keeda (hope I spelled that right!). Alexishad somuch fun she might have thought it weas her birthday!

Leah had to get on a horse too! This is her first ride and how appropriate that it is with Daddy on his birthday!!

We had an awesome birthday dinner: sloppy Joe's, spicy meat balls and chicken wings! Oh and we had banana cream pie instead of birthday cake. Well that's not true because we celebrated Amber's birthday too (which was yesterday) and there was pink Barbie Birthday cake for her!

October 1 2008

OK well we are all still living here at the Hittman house so I guess that means we are doing OK. Andrew and I are still looking for a house. We got pre-approved to buy a house today so that is something. We also found out about a program that can get us $3100.00 to go towards our down payment and closing costs that we don't have to repay as long as we live there for 5 years. I am starting to get excited because we actually might buy our first house!! It also scares the poop out of me to think of being that far in debt! I know that God will provide and we are seeking his guidance with our decisions.

I have to say I have been missing the boys at the Ranch lately. I often find my self thinking about how they are doing and what is going on with them.
